Policies


• Check-in between 3-6 pm, check-out by 11 am.

• Business hours for reservations are 9 am to 9 pm EST.

• Maury Place is a completely smoke free property; guests will be charged $250 for smoking indoors.

• Two day minimum stay on weekends.

• We require a credit card to hold reservations (we do not charge your card until you check out, except for full house bookings, for which we require a 50% deposit)

• Registered guests must be 21 years old

• All guest rooms are on the 2nd floor, and are not handicapped accessible

• Normally, cancellations must be made 14 days in advance to avoid full charge of your scheduled stay; cancellations must be 30 days in advance for holidays and special events, and 60 days in advance for full house bookings.

• Children 16 years and older are welcome.

• No pets allowed.
